A 16 year old Reg strikes a shirtless pose after a lunchtime clean of his 1953 Triumph Thunderbird 650.  "I think I got that up to 110 MPH, it had a sprung hub in the back - that thing was deadly - no dampening at all. Talk about poor handling!" muses Reg today. The picture was taken in 1956 in front of then employer Reg Smith's Motorcycles in Dagenham in Essex outside of London. Later that evening Reg recalls would be a trip to the Ace and Ma Johnson's with his mates.
