- Laguna Seca Raceway has a 90db noise limitation which is strictly enforced by track officials. No aftermarket pipes allowed. If you are asked by track officials to stay off the track due to excessive noise, CLASS has no say in the matter and a refund will not be given. Also for Laguna Seca: Please secure a number to your windscreen or right side fairing that is clearly visible from 50′. 6″ numbers are preferable.
- *If you have a loud pipe and want to ride Laguna Seca, we can set you up with a maker of “quiet inserts”. Email Jay Murray at: jaymurray2 at aol.com. Jay took Reg’s CBR600RR with the factory HRC pipe from 100+ db to 89 db, and gained midrange power! ALSO: Reliable sources from WeatherTech Raceway at Laguna Seca have advised us that many model Yamaha R6s, Ducatis and BMW R1000S’, Ducatis and others have been known to fail sound tests even in stock trim. - VIR is a two day CLASS. This means all riders are in it for both days, and the second day is an expansion of the first. Our one plus one days do a great job of this, and we plan to make two day classes even better! (A little more intense than a standard CLASS, but not nearly as intense as a D-Day CLASS, which is the ultimate Two Day CLASS).

CLASS Terms and Policies: We will honor applications with payment submitted on our timetable, however schools can fill without notice. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and place you on the waiting list. D-Days are subject to pre-qualification. Please give us a call to make sure you meet qualifications. Shoei Day and Motor Officer Advanced Training schools must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
VIR Payments: You can secure your space with a deposit of $500 and the balance will be due 30 days prior to your event date. If you paid your deposit by charge card, we will automatically charge the balance to that card. If you want to pay the balance with a different card or by some other method, please let us know. If you paid the deposit by check, please plan on remitting the balance on time. Enrollments received within 40 days of any event date must be paid in full at time of enrollment.D-Day School Payments: You can secure your space with a deposit of $600 and the balance will be in two payments (time permitting). Balance to be paid as an equal payment 120 days from event and then the balance 30 days from event. We will automatically charge your card for all installments of the balance. If you pay by check, please plan on remitting the payments accordingly.
Cancellation & Substitution Policies:
- Standard School Cancellation policy: For a complete refund, we need written notice (e-mail) from you at least 45 days before your scheduled event(s) that you want to cancel your enrollment. Transfers or cancellations made 31-45 days prior to your scheduled event will result in a $50 fee per day. Transfers made 30-23 days of your scheduled event will result in a Transfer Fee of $75 per day. Transfers made within 7 days of your scheduled event will result in a Transfer Fee of $150 per day. Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled event will result in a forfeiture of $200 deposit per day except cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled event will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
- D-Day School Cancellation policy: For a complete refund, we need written notice (e-mail) from you at least 60 days before your scheduled event(s) that you want to cancel your enrollment. Transfers or cancellations made 31-60 days prior to your scheduled event will result in a $200 fee. Transfers made 30-23 days of your scheduled event will result in a Transfer Fee of $300. Transfers made within 7 days of your scheduled event will result in a Transfer Fee of $400. Cancellations made within 30-23 days of your scheduled event will result in a forfeiture of $500 except cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled event will result in a forfeiture of all fees paid.
- ATS Cancellation policy: For a complete refund, we need written notice (e-mail) from you at least 45 days before your scheduled event(s) that you want to cancel your enrollment. Transfers or cancellations made 31-45 days prior to your scheduled event will result in a $50 fee per day. Transfers made 30-23 days of your scheduled event will result in a Transfer Fee of $150 per day. Transfers made within 7 days of your scheduled event will result in a Transfer Fee of $400 per day. - Substitutions: In any of our schools, if you have a substitute rider to take your place, and he/she is pre-qualified for ATS or D-Day (if applicable), no cancellation fee will be charged. Should you NOT APPEAR on your scheduled school date, should you fail tech inspection, or should you be unable to complete your day due to a mechanical failure or any other reason, your fees will not be refunded.
- Student is subject to all standard CLASS terms and conditions. Prices subject to change without notice. CLASS reserves the right to cancel any school up to 14 days prior to it’s scheduled date. Enrollment is subject to space availability. Should you not appear on your scheduled school date, fail technical inspection, or should you be unable to complete your day due to mechanical failure or any other reason, all money will be forfeited. CLASS rides rain or shine. CLASS reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time for any reason.
